The first preview of the universal app will be rolling out to Insiders on upcoming builds of Redstone. However, MSPowerUser got their hands on a pre-release preview of the Skype UWP app giving us a first look on what’s to come. The screenshots reveal that the new interface aligns with Windows 10 app modern design and keeps the familiarity of the current desktop version of Skype. This slideshow requires JavaScript. The Microsoft enthusiast site also reports that Skype for Windows 10 is buggy, but hopefully it’ll get more stable for the public release — even though, Microsoft has already said that the preview is expected to ship bugs. While the company plans to release the app on future builds of Windows 10 Redstone, Build 2016 is happening on March 30, and we’re likely to see more then.
