According to the Microsoft support page, the update for Surface Laptop 3 was made available on February 12, and it is available for devices running Windows 10 version 1903 or later. Surface Book 3, Laptop 2, Laptop (original), and Laptop Go received the update on February 5, and they are available for devices using version 1903 and version 1909 for the case of the Laptop Go. The rest of the devices received their updates on February 2, and the updates are available for devices running version 1903 or higher.
